Shambala Voodoo Luck

Shambala is soon and Duggan and I are going to be performing very strange voodoo rituals and giving away voodoo fortunes.

Talking in tongues, wearing leather capes with glitter, multi-coloured, terrifying, silly, costumes.

Today I made the fortunes. Inside each tiny jar is a tiny fortune, some glitter and powdered paint.

Pour out the contents, blow a puff of colourful, glittery cloud, find out your fortune.

It’s going to be fun.

Here are some of the fortunes:

• Do or do not. There is no try.
• You’ll never be any good at gardening.
• He who laughs at himself never runs out of things to laugh at.

Hillbilly costume

I had the pleasure of attending a Hillbilly party last weekend, And thought I would go all out with my costume. With some time on my hands, I created this ‘hillbilly mask’ – inbred big ears, big lips, furrowed brow, complete with extra finger. It took a whole day and a half of my life. I made it with mod-roc and papier mache.

Fruit and Veg fancy dress shop

So, this fruit and veg fancy dress shop will specialise in:

• Strawberry’s
• Aubergines
• Limes
• Bananas
• Lychee’s
• Fennels

There is obviously a gap in the market – look at this I found here. Oh dear!

What I really want to have….

Is a fancy dress shop specifying in fruit and vegetable costumes.

I saw this display in Harvey Nichols in Bristol and it reminded me. Look at the leek!!!
